Section 1: Processing and Shipping Time

  • Custom Sex Dolls (Shipped From Factory): Creating sex dolls is a complex process, so production times may vary:
    • Normal Full TPE Dolls: 3-6 business days
    • TPE Body + Silicone Head Dolls: 4-9 business days (+10 days with implanted hair)
    • Full Silicone Dolls: 20-30 business days (+10 days with painting/implanted hair)
    • Please note: These are estimated timeframes and may vary depending on the brand and customizations requested. Click here to view specific production times for different brands.
  • Once your sex doll is completed, we will ship it immediately. Shipping times vary by region:

Section 2: Shipping Options & Tracking

Our shipping partners include UPS, FedEx, TNT, and DHL. Once your doll is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package and arrange a suitable delivery day with the courier if necessary.

Note: Products from overseas warehouses do not provide a pickup service. If you need to pick up your order, please provide the address of a UPS or other courier's pickup point.

Section 3: Packaging

All dolls are packed in plain cardboard boxes with no indication of the contents. However, customs agents may open the boxes for inspection if required.

We offer a 24-hour no-questions-asked cancellation policy with no additional fees. All costs incurred are covered by our company, providing an unmatched customer experience and a generous reconsideration period.

Section 2: Damages & Warranty

Refunds are only available for products damaged upon arrival. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at sales@Pixiedoll.com. for assistance.

Section 3: Guarantee Policy Exclusions

The guarantee does not cover user damage, used dolls, skin imperfections, nail issues, loose eyelashes, or differences in makeup.
